With just two months before Kibo’s Marketo license expiration, our team executed a fast, structured migration, ensuring minimal disruptions while enhancing data organization and system workflows.

Complex Database Migration: The database included contacts from two merged companies. We used the Marketo Integration App to effectively migrate over 1400 fields and 380K contacts.

Key Highlights of the Implementation

 

We set up automated processes in HubSpot to streamline operations and marketing efforts, including web content downloads and event registrations for webinars and tradeshows. Through segmented lists and tailored workflows, we ensured a seamless and efficient experience for both the team and prospects.

During the implementation, we provided training to the Kibo team to enhance collaboration and ensure deadlines were met. 

After completion, we conducted an operational and functional audit, identifying improvement opportunities in lead scoring and lifecycle modeling, customer acquisition, and nurture campaigns.

The marketing team now has greater visibility into deals and opportunities within HubSpot, ensuring a more comprehensive view of the pipeline. With a single platform for both visibility and sales management, operations have become more efficient and streamlined.
